All of these are known as mental disorders. It can be mild but if the person is not immediately evaluated and diagnosed, then it will become severe and he will be at high risk.
Only a licensed and trained mental health care professional is able to assess or evaluate the condition of someone who is possibly suffering from a mental disorder. And the patient is to undergo psychotherapy wherein he is required to talk about his current state. There are different types of this form of therapy. It can be individual, group, marital or couples, and family. Therapy can be done in any of these formats. The first thing that the mental health professional will do is to talk with the patient about their disorder.
